The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) will hold a grievance redressal meeting on February 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at all 15 regional offices. Every month on the second Saturday, grievance redressal meetings are held.
The public can use petitions to address their concerns about drinking water and sewage water difficulties, drinking water and sewage water taxes and fees, and pending drinking and sewage water connections, according to a CMWSSB press release.
The public can also ask questions on rainwater harvesting and its maintenance at the meeting, according to the statement.
The sessions will be held in the presence of the supervisory engineer in each area office so that the public can benefit from them.
