Exact starting date and who all would get Rs 1000 per month in Tamil Nadu revealed?

Starting on the birthday of former chief minister of TN Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi, the amount of Rs 1000 would be provided to the heads of the families.
During the assembly elections that took place in 2021, it was announced that an amount of Rs 1000 would be provided to the housewives every month. This was mentioned in the election manifesto.
Mr. PTR. Palanivel Rajan, finance minister of TN spoke about how since the DMK party came to power 2 years ago the project has been delayed due to the financial situation in TN. This scheme would be released in the coming budget.
Eligibility criteria for Rs 1000 per month scheme:
The beneficiaries of this scheme would be chosen by the officers belonging to the Finance and Revenue dept. The work is nearing completion. It is worthy to note that for those ration card holders below the poverty line PHH and PHH AAY or Priority House Hold Anti Yojana Anna Yojana( those who buy 35kgs rice) would get rs 1000 per month.
For getting this Rs 1000 per month scheme, the age limit and annual income of the husband would be taken into account. It must be noted that the family of the govt employees would not get Rs 1000 per month. There would be no restrictions on the mothers of college girl students( who have been getting benefits under the Pudumai Penn Scheme).
How to receive this Rs 1000 every month?
It is mentioned that this scheme would not make any impact on the provision of old age pension for those above the age of 60. As the entitlement amount is only for the housewives, there would be no need to change anything in the ration card. The scheme would be implemented smoothly by making payments into the bank accounts of the eligible housewives. Those who pay income tax would not find a place in this Rs 1000 per month scheme.
In the upcoming budget sesion too, the announcement about this would be made. Information collected is that this scheme would begin from 3rd June 2023, birthday of former CM of TN Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi.
