It is worthy to note that by wearing socks at night our body`s internal biological clock or circadian rhythm helps in arranging. The body would come into a state of rest and body parts would conserve energy. By wearing socks, the body temperature tends to increase creating pressure on the feet. By this, the body would get a signal that it is time to sleep.
