Prospects for heavy rain in 15 districts in Tamil Nadu on 30th April!

In a notification regarding the weather forecast released by the Director of the Chennai Meteorological Centre, Mr. Senthamaraikkannan, the following information was mentioned:
"The phenomenon of the easterly and westerly winds meeting each other prevails in the upper layers of the atmosphere over South India.
As a result, there is a possibility of widespread moderate rain in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
There is a chance of heavy rain in one or two locations in the following 15 districts: Ranippettai, Vellore, Thirupathur, Thiruvannamalai, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Salem, Erode, Nilgiri, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Theni, Dindigul, Karur, and Namakkal."
