Chennai Metro Rail Limited Offers Business and Office Space Opportunities at CMRL Premises

Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) organized a meeting with its empanelled business development consultant to provide transaction advisory services for setting up retail spaces within Chennai Metro Rail Stations and various land parcels. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Prasanna Kumar Acharya, Director (Finance) of CMRL, in the presence of senior officials and staff.
The empanelled consultant aims to enhance CMRL`s non-fare box revenue by identifying potential commercial retail operators and investors interested in business and office space opportunities within CMRL-owned premises. They will also assist in identifying occupiers for CMRL land parcels suitable for commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, warehousing, and industrial purposes.
The available property development ranges from 3000 Sqm to 10,000 Sqm and is located adjacent to Nehru Park, Saidapet, Arumbakkam, Pachaiyappa`s College, Central Square, Mannadi, Wimco Nagar, and Koyambedu Metro Stations.
