Sensational!! Vande Bharat trains of 130kmph speed to run between Chennai & Tirupati!!

If everything goes as per the plans, then we could see Vande Bharat or VB trains running between Chennai Central and Tirupati in the near future!!
Over the years, ICF or integral Coach Factory in Chennai has gained immense popularity in the manufacturing of the railway coaches. This ICF has been concentrating now in the manufacturing of the VB trains that run at very high speeds. Till now, 25 such trains have been made by ICF.
There is one VB train that runs now between Chennai Central and Mysore and Chennai Central and Coimbatore. A request has been made now for a VB train to run between Chennai Central and Tirupati also.
The officers from the railways have mentioned that the VB trains have been getting tremendous appreciation from the passengers. By the end of August, the Railway dept has got plans to manufacture and operate 75 VB trains.
There is a huge need to run a VB train between Chennai Central and Tirupati now and a request has been made with the Railway board for this purpose. Truth is that the Railway Board has not given its approval till now on this but it has been urged to give its approval soon. The railway tracks to run the VB trains at high speeds of 130kmph between Chennai Central and Tirupati are ready now. After getting the approval, details like time table, travel time etc for the VB train between Chennai and Tirupati would be announced.
