Know this place in Chennai where the food for the morning breakfast scheme would be prepared?

Amma Canteens or Amma Unavagam kitchens would soon be the place where the food for the morning breakfast scheme of the chief minister would be prepared. This was mentioned by the Chennai Mayor R. Priya. In another 2 months, all the Chennai corporation schools would be covered and staff in these kitchens would cook food for the morning breakfast.
Currently, the scheme covers just 37 schools belonging to north Chennai localities and soon the scheme would be expanded to all the schools across Chennai. This would include south Chennai and central Chennai areas too. The identification of various schools and locations in Chennai have been carried out already.
It was revealed by the Chennai Mayor that in the corporation schools 4 houses namely Kurinji, Mullai, Marudham and Neidhal would be created. She hinted that the students would be divided into 4 houses and they would take part in sports and cultural activities etc. It is learnt that the students would be given coloured sports t-shirts.
