Chennai - Thiruvallur High Road near Ambattur was blocked by GCTP due to this peculiar reason!!

Yesterday night, fire broke out in an abandoned factory and as a result there was heavy smoke pollution near the Ambattur industrial estate. It is noteworthy that the GCTP or Greater Chennai Traffic Police blocked the Chennai-Thiruvallur High Road between Ambattur estate bus terminus and telephone exchange.
At a building in front of the Ambattur Industrial Estate bus terminus, a fire broke out yesterday evening around 8:30pm. This was as per a senior police personnel. He added that the control room of the fire and Rescue Services dept was alerted and the fire was put off. Traffic was diverted by the traffic police personnel.
