The Tamil Nadu government has executed another round of police officer reassignments within the state. In this recent wave of police transfers, a notable change has occurred in the Chennai Police`s Central Crime Branch (CCB -I), responsible for investigating high-profile cases, including those against Electricity Minister Senthil Balaji.
The Central Crime Branch handles a spectrum of cases involving financial crimes, forgery, and cybercrime.
