AMI Launches ADVAIT 2.0: Mega South Conclave Inaugurated with Splendor

Apparel Manufacturers of India (AMI) inaugurated ADVAIT 2.0 with grandeur, marking the commencement of the Mega South Conclave. The opening ceremony was graced by esteemed guests, including Dr. D. Venkateshwaran, Deputy High Commissioner of the Sri Lanka Deputy High Commission in Southern India, and Ravindra Boratkar, President of the Maharashtra Economic Development Council and Managing Director of MMActiv Sci-Tech Communication Pvt. Ltd.

Also present were industry figures such as Mr. L Raveendran from S Nallaperumal & Sons in Nagercoil, Mr. Roshan Manawalan from Saratha’s Trichy, and Mr. B.U ChandraShekhar from B S Chanabasappa in Davangeree, Karnataka. Together with the AMI team, they inaugurated the event, symbolized by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.

The four-day-long ADVAIT 2.0 Mega South Conclave is being held at the Chennai Trade Centre and is organized by Apparel Manufacturers of India, a prominent group in the country`s apparel manufacturing and trading sector.

More than 250 renowned brands, including Reliance Retail Fashion Brands, Red & White, 90 ML, R-wings, Tiny Baby, Betty, Pretty Women, Femi Design, Era- the in-thing, Final Choice, PARI/ PARITA, Myra, N-Tique, and Vimal Fashion, are participating in the trade fair. These brands are set to showcase their latest festive collections to retailers and multi-brand outlets (MBOs) attending the event.

Nikhil Furia and Dharmesh Nandu of Apparel Manufacturers of India expressed their gratitude for the enthusiastic response received from across four states. They acknowledged the overwhelming online response and confirmed attendance, underscoring their commitment to their foundation`s vision and their motivation to work even harder. They eagerly anticipate the developments that the event will unfold over the course of the week.

AMI`s objective is to create a strong community that fosters growth opportunities and evolution by connecting manufacturers, retailers, agents, and suppliers. They endeavor to enrich the entire value chain of the readymade apparel market in India.

This marks AMI`s 40th fair in South India, and the event is expected to attract over 1000 invitees throughout its four-day duration.
