Special buses to be operated for managing the heavy crowd on the upcoming weekend Muhurtha naals!!

This weekend would be coinciding with the muhurtha naal or auspicious day. It is normal that there would be heavy crowds on the muhurtha naal. Now, the state transport dept has decided to operate special buses from Friday 18th August 2023 to manage the rush. The state transport dept has confirmed that the special buses would be run from cities like Chennai and Bangalore etc.
As the coming Sunday and Monday are auspicious days, a large number of people would be travelling from and to Chennai on Friday and Saturday. To operate the additional buses, arrangements have been made. On Friday, 500 buses would be operated and on Saturday 350 special buses would be operated.
The release from the state transport dept has mentioned that as many as 400 special buses would run from cities like Coimbatore, Madurai. Tirunelveli, Trichy, Salem and Bangalore etc. There would be special buses for the passengers returning back to Chennai and Bangalore etc.
