Flight services from Chennai to London cancelled - Passengers unhappy!!

The technical issues have led to the cancellation of British Airways flight services from Chennai to London for the last one week. The passengers were not happy.
Every day at 3:15 am, a flight from London would arrive in Chennai and then it would depart to London at 5:30 am. Usually, British Airways is preferred by those passengers who go to countries like Rome, Paris, Scotland, New York and Chicago etc. These passengers travelled via Qatar, Abu Dhabi etc as the flights were not available from Chennai to London. This has increased their travelling time and the travel fares were also increased
Server issue in London:
It is worthy to note that the British Airways faced a server issue for the last one week in London and due to this the flight services to Chennai were disrupted. The good news is that in the next couple of days, flight services from Chennai to London will be restored again.
