IMPORTANT!! 2nd phase original certificates verification for TNPSC group 4 posts on 3rd Jan in Chennai!!

The announcement has been made now regarding the date when the 2nd phase certificate verification for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission or TNPSC group 4 would be carried out. It is learnt that this certificate verification would be carried out on 3rd January 2024.
In the press release it was mentioned by the TNPSC secretary Mr. S. Gopal Sundararaj that the second phase for original certificates verification for eh posts of junior assistants, tax collectors, warehouse keepers, typists etc would be held on 3rd of January 2024. The verification of certificates would be held at the TNPSC office in Chennai.
Information gathered is that the short list of candidates who have been called for certificate verification has been published on the website of the selection board. The candidates would have to download their call letters from the website.
Truth is that the invitation would not be sent through a separate post. It is learnt that based on the written exam marks plus overall rank, reservation, vacancies etc, the candidates would be called for the counselling. Point to be noted is that it is not a guarantee that all those invited would be admitted for counselling and get appointed.
