New Srivari paadham at Thirupathi

A new Srivari paadham was consecrated in the Thirumala Thirupathi temple. Previously, there was one other Srivari paadham at a distance of 7 kilometers from the Thirupathi temple. Two weeks before, it was found that two of its toes were damaged. Knowing this, the devotees were totally disappointed and had and emotional burden in minds.
As a step to renovate this issue, the temple management has introduced a new Srivari paadham to the temple. When enquired to one of the management official Venkatesh, he stated that people considered the place to be very holy because they believed that lord Yezhumalayan placed his foot years ago. He also added that immediate steps were taken after identifying the faults in it.
