A new industrial training integrated BE course from Anna University with a stipend of Rs 13000 per month!!
A training integrated programme for the diploma students from the prestigious AU or Anna University!!
From this year, AU would be introducing a new training integrated B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree programme for the diploma holders at its Kancheepuram campus. This programme would be sponsored by HL Mando Anand India. This was according to the Directorate of Technical education or DOTE.
One important feature of this new B.E course would be the industrial training for the students with a stipend of Rs 13000 per month. The admissions for the academic year 2024-25 have been started now and the eligible and interested students could enrol online in the AU portal.
Eligibility criteria:
• Only those students who have completed a diploma in electrical and electronics engineering EEE or electronics and communication engineering ECE, mechanical engineering, computer science and engineering CSE and information technology IT and automobile engineering etc would be eligible for this new programme. This would be according to the AICTE norms.
• The students should have passed out the prescribed diploma courses from 2022 to 2024 with a minimum of 60%. It is learnt that apart from the monthly stipend of Rs 13000 the selected students would also get free accommodation, free food, free transport, free medical insurance etc.
Information gathered is that CED or Centre for Entrepreneurship Development in Anna University would launch an internship programme for UG or PG students and research scholars etc who were enrolled in this university plus in the affiliated engg colleges in TN from 19th of June 2024.
