To analyse the multi-faceted Tamil language and literature development, Anna University or AU would be hosting Tamil Language and Research Conference on 13th of August 2024.
It is now brought out that the Centre for Development of Tamil in Engineering and Technology, AU would join hands with the International Academy of Tamil Language and Culture and Madras Development Society for organising a 2 day conference.
The main objective behind the forthcoming conference would be to evaluate multi-faceted development of Tamil language and the status of Tamil in modern technology.
During the conference, research articles on projects, activities plus initiatives for developing the Tamil language etc would be presented. The conference would also witness the usage of Tamil language in arts and sciences colleges, national and foreign universities etc.
It is worth mentioning here that this Tamil conference would also discuss Tamil on television. films, newspapers, govt offices, courts, legislature, parliament etc. On behalf of TN Art, Music and Drama Society etc, cultural programmes would also take place on that day.
It must be recalled that the first World Tamil Development Conference took place on 12th of August 2023 at TN Open University in Chennai.
