Hero has introduced the Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its iconic Splendor bike. Priced at Rs 82,911, this new model is Rs 3,000 more than its predecessor.
While preserving its classic design, the Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 comes with modern upgrades. It features LED headlights, an H-shaped tail light, a chrome engine crash guard, side handlebars, bag hooks, and a longer, more comfortable seat. A large compartment adds to its convenience. The bike is available in Matte Grey, Gloss Black, and Gloss Red, enhancing its visual appeal.
The standout feature is its fully digital instrument console, which includes an Eco Indicator, Real-Time Indicator, Service Reminder, and Side Stand Reminder. It also offers a USB charging port and Bluetooth connectivity for phone calls, text messages, and low battery alerts. Safety is improved with a dedicated hazard switch that automatically stops the engine if the stand is not retracted.
The bike retains the 100 cc engine from the previous model, delivering 7.09 bhp and 8.05 Nm of torque, paired with a 4-speed gearbox. With a claimed mileage of 73 km per liter, thanks to its i3s system, and service intervals every 6,000 km, the Splendor Plus Xtec 2.0 promises efficiency and low maintenance costs.
