Bajaj Auto Launches Budget-Friendly Chetak Blue 2901 Electric Scooter at Rs 95,998!
Bajaj Auto has introduced the Chetak Blue 2901, an economical electric scooter priced at Rs 95,998 (ex-showroom). This new Urbane 2024 model matches the Premium 2024 model in range but comes with fewer features.
The Blue 2901 features a combined braking system with drum brakes on both wheels, a monochrome display, and a physical key. In contrast, the Urbane and Premium 2024 models offer faster charging times and include a key fob.
Equipped with a 2.88 kWh lithium battery, the Blue 2901 provides a range of 123 km and reaches a top speed of 63 km/h. It takes 6 hours to fully charge using an off-board charger. Available in five colors-Black, White, Blue, Yellow, and Red-the Blue 2901 is positioned to compete with other affordable e-scooters such as the Ola S1X, TVS iQube, and Ather 450X.
