Southern Railway Extends Special Train Services Between Tambaram and Nagercoil!
Southern Railway has announced the extension of two special train services between Tambaram and Nagercoil. Train No. 06012, the Nagercoil–Tambaram Weekly Special, will now operate on 13 additional Sundays from September 1 to November 24. Similarly, Train No. 06011, the Tambaram–Nagercoil Weekly Special, will run on 13 additional Mondays from September 2 to November 25. The timings, stoppages, and composition of these trains remain unchanged, and reservations are open.
Meanwhile, two special trains have been canceled due to operational reasons. Train No. 06043, the Dr. MGR Chennai Central-Kochuveli Weekly Special, scheduled for September 4, 11, 18, and 25, is fully canceled. Train No. 06044, the Kochuveli-Dr. MGR Chennai Central Weekly Special, scheduled for September 5, 12, 19, and 26, is also fully canceled.
