Segregating waste from house become challenging even by offering gold to the residents

The corporation in order to promote segregating the garbage in households has tried the maximum possible which had become highly challenging in spite of offering half-gram gold coin and watches for them as an award for sorting waste in Chennai.
The corporation has failed to make people segregate recyclable and organic waste in their homes before they are collected by the sanitation workers every day. The corporation has also planned for lucky draw from September, once the ward reaches 500kg of thin plastic of the set target. This scheme is also afraid to fail; however, the corporation strive the best to segregate the garbage.
