About 1 Lakh Unit of Electricity from Solar Plant - Jayalalitha Declared
In Chennai Electricity board head office, a new unit for the
production of electricity by Sun Rays was initiated by Chief Minister J.
Jayalalitha on Monday. This plant is for the producing nearly 1 lakh unit of
electricity.
Here below is the news regarding the plant opening:The new
commencement of the electricity production from sun rays is started in Chennai,
TamilNadu Electricity Board head office by Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha through
video conferencing from KodaNadu, Nilagiri district on Monday.
In order to regenerate the electricity and also to generate a
dust free coal fuel, this new plant is facilitated in the head office. As per
the records, this solar power plant is initiated for about Rs. 55.80 Lakh and
planned to generate around 60 Kilowatt.
Again the chief officers stated that, the purpose of this plant
is to produce nearly 1 Lakh unit of Electricity to severe the electricity
demand. A part from the generated electricity will be used for the daily
demands of the public and the balance part is used for the electricity
configuration.
