Laptop for Chennai traffic cops

Chennai traffic police are going hi-tech with laptops containing information about autos maintaining a clean record.
Doing
away with the hassle of taking stacks of papers mentioning details of the
autos, the police used laptops that contained the data. Officials said,
“The step is part of the ongoing effort to stamp red stickers on autos.”
