Allocation of Rs.10 Crore for Supervising Camera – Driving License Exam in TamilNadu

Will Government take the measuring step for facilitating the supervision cameras to monitor the Driving license issuance process in Zone Transport Office, questioned by Congress M.L.A Prince during the assembly meet.

Around 14 Zonal Transport Offices in Thiruvanamalai, Namakal, Salem, Dindukal, Trichy, Coimbatore, and so on will be conducting the selection exam for the issuance of the driving license. This event will be monitored by an administrative camera and registered in the computer for future references, answered by the Minister Senthil Balaji.

Using the modern technology, the driving license should be issued to the applicants, ordered by Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha. A fund of Rs. 10 Crore has been allocated by the government, he added.

Government has decided to provide the candidates with the CD loaded with their driving performance during the selection exam.

Because of all these measuring steps taken up by the Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha, percentages of road accident have been decent a lot in TamilNadu.
