Mayor states about Velachery Flyover

During the presentation of corporation budget 2014-15, the Mayor Saidai S Duraisamy shared an update about the Velachery flyover. He stated that the flyover is expected to be of help for Velachery, Pallikaranai and Taramani residents. “A consultant will soon be appointed for the project”, he added. He also said that foot over-bridges with escalators will soon be constructed on two places including NSC Bose road, near Madras high court and Dr Durgabai Deshmukh Salai that is near MGR Janaki College.
