Customers annoyed by BSNL

Due to failure of machine at the Periamedu BSNL office, the landline and internet services got badly affected. The Periamedu BSNL office serves more than 2500 destinations including the Vepperi police commissioner office. There was an unexpected server problem at the office day before yesterday. This affected the telephone communication in more than 100 BSNL landline phones at the commissioner office and they were all put in trouble without being able to share even the emergency information.
Not just these, even the offices and residents getting the connection were affected without the service. They couldn’t even avail the broadband connection and had no choice left for e-mail or telephone communication. Further to all these, engineers from the Pookkadai BSNL head office came and resolved the issue successfully.
