Promotions and Hike for Every Quarter – Infosys Announced

Infosys, the Information Technology Company has announced its plan of accomplishing promotions in every quarter based on the performance of their employees.
During the fiscal year 2014-2015, Infosys has planned to serve 5 to 7 percent of salary hike.
In order to show our outstanding performance to the world in lack of our few higher level employees and to bring the in build talents of its employees; we have decided this plan, declared by the higher officials of Infosys.
As per the survey, the employee moving out of the concern has ranged to 16.3 percent and before it was 14.7 percent. In order to descent this percent this necessitates have been taken out, added by the officials.
In the e-mails of the employees, it has been mentioned that they will be getting their promotions on the quarter basis and about 12,500 employees got promoted to their higher levels.
Employees will be getting their appraisal meet and respective hike will be given to them during the month of April, stated by Narayanamurthy, director of the Infosys last month.
