Unit III of Vallur power project commissioned by NTPC

NTPC has informed BSE that Unit III of the 500MW Vallur Thermal Power Project of NTPC Tamil Nadu has been commissioned. With this, the total installed capacity of the power project has become 1500MW and the total installed capacity of NTPC group 42, 964MW. Vallur Thermal Power Plant is a joint venture of NTPC Ltd and Tangedco.
