MGR hit film, ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ released in digital format in theatres

‘Aayirathil Oruvan’, a film in which MGR acted with Jayalalithaa as heroine, was a super-hit film released in 1965. Actors Nagesh, Nambiyar, and R. S. Manohar performed in main characters. It was directed by B. R. Panthulu.
The film print was technically refreshed and digitalized and released in Tamil Nadu & Kerala on 14th March. Mr. Chockalingam of Divua Films informed that the film will be released in 100 theatres.
Other MGR super-hit films like ‘Nadodi Mannan’ and ‘Ulagam Sutrum Valiban’ were re-released and made good collections at the box-office.
