Discover the ‘NAVARATNAS’ of a Happy life
In our everyday life, we relentlessly accomplish with our works, but at the end of day, there is something that we miss ‘Happiness’. On the personal context, we all have been through different phases irrespective of our college graduations, financial platforms and family backgrounds. The scenarios might vary, but the central problem or conflict remains the same.... ‘How can I make my life happy?’
We earn a lot of money sacrificing our intrinsic values and end up spending them at spirituality classes, where we learn nothing but the thing that we failed to perform when our minds insisted on them.
Here is a list of nine elements (and you can consider this to be the precious NAVARATNAS that still remains undiscovered in you).
The Pearl of Love: It’s a word with synonymous adjectives and one could relate it with indefinite perceptions in different stages of their lives.
From the kiddos that say, ‘I love you papa-mamma and hug them’ to their sweethearts tagged with ‘I love you’ messages, it all varies consistently. But what does ‘LOVE’ mean in reality. First love yourself. This might sound too philosophical, but again, the complete secret of happiness lies here. If you are not taking care of your health both mentally and physically, understand what your mind and body actually needs, then alone you can showcase the same gesture to your acquainted ones. Never remain selfish and self-centric. The more you help others in many ways, you’ll have more falling into your hands.
The Fruit of Joy: There’s a short story to narrate this. Once there was a man blaming ‘God’ for every bad thing that happened from morning.
He was already late to office and he was rushing to car, where he found the car punctured. Later, he picked up his mobile to attend a call, but accidentally dropped it down that it turned dead for the complete day. By the end of day, as he went to bed cursing ‘God’ for making things terrible, he heard a voice saying, “My son!!! If you had the car perfect and drove it to office, there was a truck that was supposed to hit it. And the person who actually called you on mobile had an intention to hurt you badly, so I made it fall down saving your skin from troubles...”
Now the problem is not the issue, but how we see it. Be optimistic even when the hardest problems come and you’ll have the clearness in mind to tackle them. Keep spreading the joy and happiness everywhere you are and you will be considered as a miracle worker.
The Stream of Peace: Nothing in the world is luxurious than affording ‘PEACE’. Earn big money and bungalows,
but it’s not an easy deal to get. So how do you make it? Is it simple or difficult? A close call indeed! Be calm whatever might be the problems. Always remain cool and sangfroid irrespective of problems. It will surely create a space in your mind letting the stream of peace flow through and make sound judgments.
The Serenity of Patience: We hear the famous quote say, “Hard work never fails” and what immediately follows next is ‘Patience ever wins.”
Many of us are bound to severity in hard working, but we fail to inherit the ‘Patience’, which indeed is the main key to success. Being patient gives a deep insight about what we are through and how it can accomplished at an ease. If you’re tired missing a project, don’t ever give up, keep aiming for the bull’s eyes incessantly and you’ll surely succeed.
The Showers of Kindness: This quality in you will surely enhance your ‘Spirit’ and make you an unparalleled species in whatever
ambience you might be. Charity is the closest synonym of ‘Kindness’. When you think about ‘Charity’, the first thing that easily lets you correlate is ‘Money’. But many fail to understand that kindness and charity have got nothing much to do with money. There is a famous dialogue that comes from a film “A person might be a billionaire, but he has no one to listen him talk, what’s there in his life?” Apparently, this is happening in many lives and in ours as well. Charity runs into different dimensions. Sharing your quality time for someone who earnestly look up for you is the greatest charity that you possess. A person might be eagerly waiting for your phone call or at least a text message. Just do it even if it takes away your time on desk. You will surely witness its benefits. Children have to spend more time with their parents when they come back from school. Husbands must forget their pressures at work place and put up a smiling fact to their wives curiously awaiting their arrival and so for their kids. Wives should be kind enough to help their husbands get relieved of their pressures by handling household issues on their own efforts and not pulling them into it. Never-ever should they pressurise them instantly o on certain issues as they are back from office.
Exploring Goodness: Every soul on this planet is made of ‘Goodness’, but the situations chase and mould them in its own ways.
How does a person become a revolutionist or a superstar in everyone’s hearts? They stand out as a good example. Keep your thoughts straight, words honest and pure. Keep away from pride and self-conceit. So keep yourself pure in minds and try to cultivate the habit of not letting any negative vibrations approach you. Never do anything that you feel like keeping it secret. Be it an act or relationship, anything remains in darkness or away from the knowledge of your friends or family isn’t a worthy one.
The sweetness of gentleness: Never show up your anger or frustration on anyone. Sometimes, a dad may comeback from office
carrying all pressures and pours it instantly his wife or kids. In all likelihood, teenagers often push their hardest feelings of failures in relationships towards their parents. Remember one thing! Whatever or however good or worst a thing might be, it’s the close ones who will stay beside you in spite of your plus and minus. But it’s not just them, but you need to expand your circle of well wishers by being gentle and polite. Yes, it’s quite hard, but cultivate it and you’ll be considered as the most special person in many hearts, which is the greatest blessing that a person can be endowed on this planet.
The seed of faithfulness: ‘Faith’ – the answer to all miracles and good things happening in your life. Have faith in yourselves,
in others, your friends and strangers. Keep faith in what you do and that’s the mantra of ultimate success in life. The streams of peace and heavy downpour of joyfulness will come into your places. What happens next? The pain, worries and bad things eventually get wiped off much early than you had thought off.
Build the blocks of ‘Self-control’: You are defined by your thoughts and actions. You are either ennobled as a ‘Good’ or avoided
as a ‘Bad’ personality. And everything is a result of what you think and how you act. Self-control is the foundation of all these eight mantras that you had glimpsed upon. Control your temper, your tongue, your feelings, impulses, bitter thoughts and unforgiving thoughts. When you approach many spiritual Gurus, they begin their lessons on a brief note ‘Become a master of yourself’. Well, this has worked out best results for many personalities, but we do have seen some of them having their health terribly spoiled and sometimes even costing their life due to suppressing their thoughts and feelings, which results in the damage to hormones. What you should do deliberately is not suppress your feelings, but channelize them. Say for instance, if you’re so much fantasised by a luxurious product. Instead of pondering over claiming it, just forget about it for some time and give a second thought is that really necessary for you. It might be a person whom you desire for, a thing or a grand bungalow – just stop craving and take a deep breath that will give you more insight about the pros and cons of it, which gives a distinct decision to make.
