Levitation of VRS Counts – Survey Revealed!

Due to the prevailing stagnation in the production status, conditions across the Industrial departments, the count of the workers who are getting voluntary Retirement (VRS) have been elevated, recent survey reveals.
Many organizations stated that, because of the
voluntary retirement services, they are able to control the expenses within
their expense circle. Hence it has rendering opportunities for its staffs who
are requesting for voluntary retirement.
These kinds of services will be placed in the
organizations policies, in the forthcoming years.
