CAR RALLY FOR THE VISUALLY CHALLENGED

Car Rally for the visually challenged was organized by the National
Association of for the Blind in association with Madras Motor Sports Club on
Sunday. The rally was a part of Goden Jubilee celebration of the Association.
More than 80 person with visually disability participated. The Navigators were
provided with Braille and the drivers were dependent on the navigators. The
event is hailed as one offering opportunities to learn Braille as teaching Braille is not given importance in schools
More importantly the events show cases the talent of the visually impaired.
