Plans to make the curriculum and the lessons for doing engineering courses in mother-tongue!

The central government has decided to make available the lessons (700) ‘on-line’ in the engineering course in 4 languages to facilitate easier learning in the students’ mother-tongue.
For a beginning, one lesson in Tamil is being tried out.
The lessons covered in 4 languages are for the specialisation of computer, electrical, civil, and electronics. 700 lessons and more than 14,000 video clips are available in the websites:
It is believed that reading and learning in mother-tongue facilitates quicker understanding and creativity. Accordingly, this plan is being implemented.
