Exercise for males to get rid of excess fat!

Running exercise by males can burn the excess fat and remove the excess fat in the chest as well the stomach and the lower stomach.

Running generates vibration in all parts of the body from the hair on the head to to the toes in the feet.
 
This can reduce up to 70% to 80% excess fat. If you want to remove the excess fat in the chest, you have to run at least 2 km daily.

If running is difficult during the initial periods, run slowly as if jogging. But do not walk. Skipping also can reduce the excess fat on the chest.

This can reduce 100% excess fat from the chest as well as other parts of the body.

If males continue the habit of daily skipping over  month, good effects can be seen for sure.

Skipping can be done while stationary or running. If you find using the rope somewhat difficult in the initial stages, you can start jumping up & down slowly for a beginning. You can do skipping 90 to 150 times in the initial period and then gradually increase.

If you are a bit scared about the number of skipping a bit high, you can divide into 3 smaller sessions of skipping with small breaks. It is certain to help reduce weight.
