Three Ministers Intervention on Aadhaar Card Implementation

The turf war on Aadhaar resumes under the National Democratic Alliance government. Three special ministers have set discrete Cabinet annotations, letting conflicting modules for the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). 

Initially this turf battle has been pioneered on the approval of the execution of Indian Citizenship Act by Home Minister Rajnath Singh. This execution needs the National Register of Indian Citizens. This verdict was the first trumpet publicizing the enrollment for Aadhaar Card by UIDAI.

At the same time, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has organized a Cabinet note, to use the Aadhaar dais to drive its planned e-districts propaganda. This involves a persistence of Aadhaar cards athwart innovative social schemes.

A call will have to be set on which of the three overcomes and other ministers differing views are added on to it for discussions, a senior government official said.
Appending on to the confusion on electronic records, identity cards and identity numbers, quite a lot of states have started giving up their own designs via distinct smart cards.  This is an issue, which the government obtained in legacy from UPA, said a senior government official. All the conflicting cabinet notes assure to headlong the decision quicker.
