A 10-point plan to improve Railway Services!

Indian Railways has issued 10 new orders to all the 17 Railways in the country. The details:
* All trains and railway stations must be kept clean & healthy.
* All mail & express trains must keep punctuality in arrival & departure timings.
* Passengers in the reservation coached must be provided within good quality blankets & pillows.
* Whenever the waiting list is too long, plans must be made to include additional coaches.
* The food items sold inside the train as well as the railway stations should be of good quality.
* In order to reduce the time of waiting for the passengers to buy tickets, ticket vending machines must be installed near the ticket counters.
* Agricultural products must be given top priority among the goods carried by the train.
* Steady temperature must be maintained in the air-conditioned compartments.
* Running time for the trains should be considerably reduced.
* While executing the projects, approval should be obtained from the relevant state governments as per the new orders.
These must be implemented immediately.
