M.K.Stalin, the Deputy Chief Minister inaugurated the Global Development
Centre (Information Technology Special Economic Zone) of Syntel at SIPCOT IT
Park in Siruseri on Saturday. In his address to the gathering M K Stalin, who
is also the Minister in Charge of Industries, proudly announced the Tamilnadu
was emerging as the Growth Star of India. Tamilnadu is one of the largest
recipients of foreign investments in the country. The government was committed
to spreading IT across the state and creating employment opportunities for the
