Yesterday (Monday, 4th August), there was surprisingly very less crowd of devotees in Tirupathi.
Because of fewer crowds, the devotees had easy Darshan of Lord Venkateswara without any long waiting & other hardships!
The devotees who arrived by walk and the devotees who had the special Rs. 300/- tickets could have immediate direct Darshan of the Lord.
The devotees were not made to sit & wait any where!
This situation continued till evening.
The devotees for ‘Dharama Darshan’ had to wait in 14 compartments. However, they also had the Darshan of the Lord within 4 hours!
It is reported that the esy Darshan of the Lord was possible after a gap of 8 months.
Even though there were fewer crowds of devotees, the temple ‘Hundi’ collection was Rs. 2.95 Crores.
From today (Tuesday, 5th August), ‘Pavitra Utsav’ started and will be celebrated and performed for a stretch of 3 days. Due to this, all payment services have been cancelled for these 3 days.
