In Chennai, one person has been admitted in the government hospital with symptoms of Ebola Virus.
The 25-year old person arrived in Chennai by a flight from Guinea. He is suspected to carry symptoms of Ebola virus and has been admitted in government hospital.
The person belongs to Theni. He has been admitted in Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital. He is kept in a spate room and is under strict observation.

Since Ebola virus is more rampant in West African countries, the medical team at Chennai airport is keeping strict vigilance by checking all individuals who arrive from West African Countries.
The latest report from RGGGH informs that the Ebola symptoms have subsided in the suspect patient. His blood sample has been sent to the National Virus Laboratory tat Pune for analysis. Results are expected in 24 to 48 hours. Temperature record is maintained every 4 hours. The patient will be kept under observation for the next 20 days.
High fever, headache, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhoea, severe stomach pain, joint pain, and blood release are the symptoms for Ebola Virus.
