BSNL reports misuse of brand in Chennai

The BSNL have complained that the brand of the company was misused to provide services or replacements of old instruments and modems.
The BSNL Chennai Telephone Administration has said that it has been brought to their notice that some unscrupulous elements are misusing the BSNL name to provide services or replacements of old instruments and modems.
Customers are now requested to be more careful and verify the authenticity of the person before paying for any services or purchases. In case of any suspicious case, customers are requested to inform nearby BSNL authorities in order to take it up with law enforcing authorities.
