Chennai Corporation meet to approve Ambattur bridge

The city corporation`s council meet on Thursday is likely to approve the proposal to build a bridge in Ambattur. The box culvert, a pre-cast concrete structure that is assembled to form a bridge, at Padi Pudu Nagar Road, which stretches across the Padi Kuppam canal, will be demolished and reconstructed. The civic body will approve the work order to Vijay Gautham Engineering works at a cost of Rs. 1.12 crore.
