‘Preference of transfer’ facility to women employees of government insurance!

The facility to enable transfer to preferred locations will be shortly made available to the women employees of government insurance establishments.
The central ministry of finance has advised all the national insurance establishments on this facility.
As per this, the women employees can seek transfer to the places where their husbands/parents reside.
This measure has been taken on the basis of the grievances & hardships received from women employees about having to live away from their families.
