National Lok Adalat to be held on Dec 6

A National Lok Adalat is to be held in the city on December 6. Cases concerning consumer courts, pension retirement benefits of central government employees, telephone bills,metrowater bills, EB tariff, property tax matters and property related matters pending before municipal authorities will be taken up.
About 14 lakh cases are expected to be taken up that day .
The authority constituted 27 benches for cases drawn from consumer courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and pension cases. District units of the authority have constituted 310 benches.
