TN veterinary university gets new VC

Tamil Nadu governor K Rosaiah has appointed Dr S Thilagar, professor and head (retd), department of veterinary surgery and radiology of Madras Veterinary College, as vice-chancellor of Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University for three years.
