Special arrangements are made in Guindy National Park on the occasion of Pongal

On the occasion of Pongal, special arrangements are being made on 15th,16th and 17th January 2015 in order to manage the crowd. It is expected that large number of people will congregate on these days. Last year nearly 20,000 people visited the park.
On Pongal day the park will be opened from 9 AM to 5.30 PM. Six additional ticket counters are to be opened to make a smooth flow of the crowd.
