The Education Department of Tamil Nadu government has decided to introduce ruled answer sheets this year for all language papers with the main purpose of improving the hand-writings of the students.
Some of the students are unable to write in a straight line especially while answering the language papers – the answer sheet is seen in zig-zag form making it difficult for correction/evaluation.
In order to prevent this problem as well with the intention to improve students’ hand-writings, some changes are to be carried out in the coming government examinations to facilitate the teachers to correct the answer sheets without any problems.
For the 10th & +2 Language papers, ruled answer sheets will be supplied in place of the usual unruled answer sheets.
This was informed by the Director for Public Examinations, Mr. Devarajan.
