CMRL to commence its services from March

The 18th Metro Rail coach arrived at Koyambedu Depot. Efforts are being taken to commence the services to St Thomas Mount from March onwards. These coaches were manufactured at Alsotam Factory located in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. This is the 9th coach manufactured in India. The coaches are brought from Andhra by heavy containers. With 18 coaches in hand, Chennai Metro Rail has decided to commence its services to St Thomas Mount from March onwards.
