Voters’ list for the entire country to be corrected and updated with the latest technology!

The Election Commission has planned to get all the corrections and additions completed in the nation-wide voters’ list with extensive use of the latest technology.
EC has planned to commence this work by 1st March and complete by 15th August.
The press correspondent of EC informed this yesterday in Delhi. He had a session with the reporters.
He told that the Election Commissioner, Mr. H S Brahma has ordered the election officers and the state election chiefs that this correction and updating of the voters’ list must be completed by 15th August.
Election Commissioner, Mr. Nazaam Zaidi, has also asked for confirmation that the work should be completed on schedule with the application of latest technology.
