Srirangam by-election: AIADMK Candidate Ms. Valarmathi Wins!

AIADMK candidate, Ms. Valarmathi has won the recent Srirangam by-election by a margin of 96,417 votes.
AIADMK party enthusiasts have already started celebrating dancing & bursting crackers.
At the end of the 23rd counting round, it was announced that AIADMK won.
Votes secured: AIADMK – 151461, DMK – 55044, BJP – 4776, and Marxist – 1069.
At first all the votes which were received by post were counted. There was 81.79% polling on 13th February.223069 males, females, and transgenders cast their votes.
