New Road Transport and Safety Bill focuses more on child safety

The Road Transport and Safety Bill which was recently proposed is at the verge to get considered in the parliament soon. This bill is said to give priority to the safety of children.
· Drunken driving with a child as pillion
· Obeying child zones
· Necessary action against vehicle owner if a minor is allowed to drive
· Speed limits in areas where children cross by
