Metro Rail will not take off by March 2015

Chennaites were very happy because it was announced that the metro rail operations will commence during the month of March 2015. Now the sad news is that this is going to be a dream. The commercial operations can begin only after a certificate of approval is issued by the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS). Officials will come for inspection later this month and give their approval subsequently. Only after that there may be a decision on the commercial operations.
